Michael Routh
Team Lead – Broker Associate
Michael, leader of the Rocky Mountain Home team, has called the Vail Valley home since 2000 and has been a Realtor in the area since 2005. He has worked in every aspect of the industry, working with everyone from 1st time buyers to second home owners to investors; short-sale clients and foreclosures. He also handles all of the team’s listings, negotiations, and new business. For over 10 years, he has continued to rise and build a successful career. Michael brings his passion for the community that surrounds him to his work.
Outside the office, Michael is a family man, with a devotion to God. After family, faith, and business, he enjoys the beauty of the Valley skiing at Beaver Creek or Vail. In the summer, you can find him exploring new terrain with his wife and three kids.
Chris Warner
Marketing Specialist
Originally from New England, Chris has called the Vail Valley home since 2007. He has been a part of the Rocky Mountain Home Team for more than four years, and is the backbone of the office. He supports the Team’s online, print media, and community presence. To fully welcome new comers to the valley, Chris enjoys helping new residents discover the many joys of living in the Vail Valley.
When he's not on the job, Chris is often found with his wife, Naomi, and son, George. In his free time, you'll find him hiking, exploring on snowshoes, blogging, or playing tabletop strategy games with his wife and friends. In or out of the office, a quality cup of coffee is always welcome.
Rebekah Gehman
Office Manager/Transaction Coordinator
Rebekah is originally from Pennsylvania and brings 15 years of real estate experience to the Team. She strives to make our clients real estate experiences enjoyable and stress free. Rebekah enjoys the friendly feel of the community here and made the Vail Valley her year round home in 2012. In her free time, she can be found enjoying time with her husband, David and daughter, Aynsley and snow shoeing, hiking and cycling
